Angry Chickz Rewards is our loyalty program that lets you earn points every time you order and redeem rewards on future visits.

How do I join?
Download the Angry Chickz app and create a free account. That's it. You're in.

How do I earn points?
Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases.

What reward do I get?
Earn 75 points and unlock a $5 Reward.

How do I redeem my reward?
Once you've earned a reward, it will automatically appear in your account. Apply it during checkout in the app or scan your account in restaurant.

Can I choose my heat level when using a reward?
Absolutely. Whether you're Country, Mild, Medium, Angry, or brave enough for Regret, your heat level is always your choice.

Do points expire?
Points may expire after a period of account inactivity. Check your account or view our Terms & Conditions for current expiration details.

Do rewards expire?
Yes. Rewards may expire if they are not used within the designated timeframe. Check your app for expiration dates.

Can I use more than one reward at a time?
No. Only one reward can be redeemed per transaction unless otherwise specified.

Can I combine rewards with other offers?
In most cases, rewards cannot be combined with other discounts, coupons, or promotional offers.

Can I earn points on DoorDash, Uber Eats, or Grubhub orders?
At this time, orders placed through third-party delivery platforms may not be eligible to earn points. For the best rewards experience, order through the Angry Chickz app.

Can I transfer points to a friend?
No. Points and rewards are tied to your account and cannot be transferred, shared, sold, or exchanged.

What happens if I return or cancel an order?
Any points earned from refunded, canceled, or adjusted orders may be removed from your account.

I forgot to use my account. Can points be added later?
In some cases, we may be able to help. Contact Guest Support through the app and have your receipt available.

Why didn't my points show up?
Points may take up to 24 hours to appear. If they haven't posted after 24 hours, contact Guest Support and we'll look into it.

Is Angry Chickz Rewards free?
Yes. There is no cost to join or participate.

Can Angry Chickz change the Rewards Program?
Yes. From time to time, we may update point values, rewards, offers, or program benefits to improve the guest experience.

Do I get points from purchases before I joined?
No. Points can only be earned on qualifying purchases made after you enroll in Angry Chickz Rewards.

What happens if I change my phone number?
You can update your account information within the Angry Chickz app. If you need assistance, contact Guest Support.

Can I use my reward at any Angry Chickz location?
Rewards are valid at participating Angry Chickz locations. Some exclusions may apply.

What happens if I forget my password?
Use the 'Forgot Password' option within the app to reset your password.

Do catering orders earn points?
Qualifying catering orders may earn points if placed through approved channels and linked to your Rewards account.
