Illinois, it’s finally your turn.

Angry Chickz is officially bringing our signature Nashville hot chicken to the Midwest with the opening of our first Illinois location in Aurora on Friday, Sept. 4.

Located at 1167 N. Eola Rd., Ste. 101, Aurora, IL, our newest restaurant will be serving up the hand-breaded tenders, sliders, bowls and bold heat levels Angry Chickz fans know and love — and we’re kicking things off with a grand opening celebration you won’t want to miss.

Grand Opening Giveaways Start at 11 A.M.

We’re opening the doors with some extra heat on Sept. 4.

Beginning at 11 a.m., the first 100 guests will receive a limited-edition Angry Chickz jersey.

And there’s more.

The first 500 guests who register on-site will be entered for a chance to win Angry Chickz for a Year, along with additional food prizes throughout the celebration.

So if you’ve been waiting to see what all the Angry Chickz hype is about, opening day is a pretty good time to find out.

Pick Your Heat

Whether you want all the flavor without the fire or you’re ready to test your limits, there’s a heat level for you.

Our Nashville hot chicken can be customized across our lineup of heat levels, starting with Country, our no-heat option, and climbing all the way to Angry.

And yes — Angry means angry. It’s our hottest heat level and requires guests to sign the Angry Heat Level Waiver before taking it on.

Whatever level you choose, you can pair it with Angry Chickz favorites like our hand-breaded chicken tenders, sliders, bowls and craveable sides for a meal built exactly the way you like it.

Our First Stop in Illinois

Aurora marks a big milestone for Angry Chickz: it will be our 46th location nationwide and our first restaurant in Illinois.

But for us, opening a new restaurant is about more than adding another pin to the map. We’re excited to become part of the Aurora community and introduce even more guests to the bold flavors, hospitality and high-energy experience that have been part of Angry Chickz from the beginning.

From our first 900-square-foot restaurant in East Hollywood in 2018 to communities across the country today, one thing hasn’t changed: we’re here to make seriously craveable chicken and make sure our guests have a great time eating it.

Now, Aurora gets to join the flock.
